Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.
  • The original packaging is intact.
  • The item is not damaged due to misuse.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used or worn products.
  • Products damaged by the customer.
  • Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or incorrect).

Wrong or Damaged Items

If you receive the wrong product or a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
